INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
This information notice concerns the collection and processing of personal data (name, surname, email) for the purpose of implementing the Bauhaus4med Interreg Euro-Med Project (2021–2027), which aims to promote a new lifestyle that reconciles participation, sustainability (economic, social, and environmental), and functional aesthetics, thereby contributing to the acceleration of the green transition across various sectors of the economy, in accordance with EU Regulations 1059/2021 and 1060/2021.
Specifically, the activity concerns the voting process for the projects submitted by students of the Department of Architecture (DIDA) of the University of Florence. This initiative is promoted by the Tuscany Region, a partner of the European project Bauhaus4Med (B4M), and also aims to gather opinions, evaluations, and preferences from citizens within the participatory activities of the project. The goal is to create a ranking of the student projects. The voting serves solely as a knowledge-gathering tool and to support the co-design of the initiatives foreseen by the B4M project.
Participation in the vote is free, voluntary, and without charge. Citizens may stop completing the form at any time and are not required to provide all requested responses.
Voting and opinion collection will be available on the project’s public consultation platform (b4m.space(Opens in new tab)) until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, as indicated on the introductory page. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to vote or submit responses. The voting results will consist of preferences expressed through the b4m.space(Opens in new tab) platform and those expressed in paper format—via the BOX placed on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the C.I.A.F. center in Gorfigliano (Minucciano - LU), and subsequently from Sunday, May 11, 2025, at the Garfagnana Innovazione headquarters. These will be supplemented by the vote of an Evaluation Committee, which will also consider the NEB criteria of each project proposal (inclusiveness, sustainability, aesthetics). The results will be published on the “blog” section of the b4m.space(Opens in new tab) platform.
The projects submitted by students from the Department of Architecture (DIDA) at the University of Florence are original works protected by current copyright and intellectual property legislation. Participation in the vote and the publication of results does not entail the transfer or waiver of any rights relating to the projects. Any subsequent use of project content will fully respect the authors' ownership rights and require prior authorization, where applicable.
