Example Presentation

To support pilot teams in preparing their own standardised pilot portolio for the Transnational Peer Review, we provide here an example of a completed portfolio.

Important note: this is only an illustrative example

Please keep in mind that this example portfolio does not include all the supporting evidence, annexes, or data that may be required for your own pilot.

Each pilot team is expected to submit a portfolio that is:

• Evidence-based

• Context-specific

• Supported by documentation wherever possible

This may include materials such as:

• Photos, maps, diagrams, or design visuals

• Participation records and stakeholder outputs

• Monitoring indicators or impact metrics (if available)

• Technical documentation (materials, lifecycle, energy, etc.)

• Testimonials, interviews, or community feedback

• Governance agreements or policy links

The example portfolio is meant to show the narrative format, but your submission should include the strongest evidence available for your pilot solution.
