Canvases to Support Your Work
To support pilot teams in preparing their standardised portfolio for the Transnational Peer Review, we provide the following set of practical canvases.
These templates are designed as simple, visual tools to help you structure your project information in a clear, comparable, and evidence-based way, aligned with the New European Bauhaus (NEB) framework. They are not additional reporting requirements, but rather a support to help you reflect, organise, and communicate your pilot solution effectively.

Why these canvases matter
Your pilot portfolio is the core document used by transnational reviewers to understand:
What challenge your pilot addresses
What solution you implemented and how
Who was involved and who benefits
What evidence demonstrates impact
How your work aligns with NEB values
What lessons and transferable elements emerge
The canvases help ensure that all pilots—despite different territorial contexts—can be presented through a shared structure, supporting fairness, comparability, and learning across the Mediterranean partnership.
How to use them
Pilot teams are encouraged to use these canvases as a drafting and reflection aid before completing the final dossier template. They can be filled in collaboratively during internal team meetings or workshops, and the outputs can be directly translated into your presentation.
